Before becoming a therapist, I spent nearly 20 years working in the finance sector across North America, Europe, and Asia. I understand the pressure of high-stakes environments, the complexities of building a life abroad, and the weight of stress that can accumulate over time.
Many of my clients go through significant life changes, whether it’s changing careers, adjusting to a new country, or experiencing personal loss. I understand these challenges firsthand.
I also spent four years in Singapore’s social service sector, supporting individuals facing diverse challenges. This deepened my appreciation for how culture shapes our experiences and choices.
In addition to my therapy work, I’m a qualified yoga instructor and reiki practitioner. These practices remind me how much we hold in our bodies, and how important it is to pay attention.
I support individuals facing expat experiences, developmental trauma, workplace issues such as stress and bullying, and grief and loss.
As part of my professional duty, I attend regular supervision sessions.
