I believe humans have an inherent capacity toward growth and healing.
Awareness and self-discovery can occur within the secure therapeutic relationship I create with clients.
I am a Licensed Counsellor and Therapist
My name is Miranda Ledesma
My approach is grounded in Rogerian and Family Systems Therapy, with a strong influence from attachment theory and somatic practices.

I’m especially interested in how early experiences shape the way we relate to ourselves and others, and how the body carries these stories. While my style is about looking deeply, encouraging reflection, and fostering curiosity, I move at a pace that feels manageable and respectful of where you are.
I am Licensed Counsellor and Therapist
The relationship between client and therapist is the most important aspect of therapy, and serves as a vehicle for exploring the true self.
About me
It’s an opportunity for us to meet, explore what brings you to therapy, and see if we’re the right fit.

20 Minutes. A Lifetime of Change
Before becoming a therapist, I spent nearly 20 years working in the finance sector across North America, Europe, and Asia. I understand the pressure of high-stakes environments, the complexities of building a life abroad, and the weight of stress that can accumulate over time.

Many of my clients go through significant life changes, whether it’s changing careers, adjusting to a new country, or experiencing personal loss. I understand these challenges firsthand.
Journey
I also spent four years in Singapore’s social service sector, supporting individuals facing diverse challenges. This deepened my appreciation for how culture shapes our experiences and choices.
In addition to my therapy work, I’m a qualified yoga instructor and reiki practitioner. These practices remind me how much we hold in our bodies, and how important it is to pay attention.
I support individuals facing expat experiences, developmental trauma, workplace issues such as stress and bullying, and grief and loss.

As part of my professional duty, I attend regular supervision sessions.
